Amrev Photo Recovery(Mac) Software provides exceptionally easy user interface, to walk you through the recovery process. All you need to do is download and install the software on a healthy Mac machine. Connect the memory card, hard drive or USB drive in question to the system and follow the below mentioned steps to get back all your photos.
Step 1. Launch Amrev Photo Recovery(Mac) Software. All the locally connected volumes are displayed in the software. Select the drive from which, photo, audio and video files needs to be recovered and click on "Next" button as shown in screen shot 1, below.

Step 2. As soon as you click on "Next" Button, Various photo, audio and video files types that could be recovered are listed. Select the required file types of photos to be recovered and click on "Next" button as shown in screen shot 2, below.

Note: All the listed file types will be selected by default. If you are unsure about the file types you are trying to recover, leave all the files selected and click on "Recover" button.
Step 3. As soon as you click on "Recover" button, Amrev Photo Recovery software starts the scanning process as shown in figure 3.

Step 3.1. As scanning process completes, recovered photo, audio and video files are displayed in a well organized data tree, sorted with respect to file types as shown in figure .You may "Preview" the recovery results by clicking on the appropriate folder in left pane tree view and double click the file to preview in files list,which gives you a fair idea of recovery possibilities and helps to evaluate demo version as shown in screen shot 3(a) & 3(b), below.

Step 3.2. As recovery process completes the recovered can ba saved to a safe location by selecting the required photo, audio and video files you wish to save and click on "Save" button as shown in figure 3.

- "Save" option is not enabled in demo version of Amrev Photo Recovery(Mac) software. You need to purchase the software in order to complete the saving process.
- Do not save the recovered photos to the same drive from which, its being recovered. This would permanently overwrite the photos beyond recovery.
- You may save the Recovery Snap if you are trying the version of Amrev Photo Recovery(Mac) software by clicking on “Save Recovery Snap” button. Later, you may load the recovered data tree, which avoids rescanning the drive in question.
